Requirements
As an Assistant Nurse Manager, you will provide administrative and clinical support for a 50+ member team of RNs and Surgical Technologists. This role optimizes staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and competencies; reinforces evidence-based practice, quality, and patient safety. Additional responsibilities include throughput improvement, decreasing surgical delays and overtime, strengthening staff engagement and retention, and supporting high-reliability performance.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university.
- Experience Qualifications: Two (2) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience
- Current / Active California RN License
