About the Nurse Role
We’re seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team who thrives in dynamic environments, is excited about joining a fast-paced team, and wants to be part of a practice that's growing.
Our ideal candidate is a compassionate, detail-oriented nursing professional who combines advanced clinical expertise with exceptional focus on patient care, detail-orientation, empathy, and curiosity. You excel at working independently while collaborating effectively with physicians, clinical staff, and other healthcare professionals within an evidence-based, collaborative environment.
You'll also bring an active RN license in good standing and a hunger to learn fast in a dynamic clinical setting. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to connect with both patients and team members sets you apart. Bonus points if you have pain management or ophthalmology experience, but don't let that stop you—we love training ambitious nurses who are ready to build specialized expertise with us! We will provide training with the knowledge you need to succeed.

Major Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
- Provide direct, compassionate, and friendly patient care
- Perform patient assessments complying with healthcare regulations and standards
- Administer medications and start IVs according to established protocols; must be excellent in documenting care
- Coordinate patient care with other healthcare providers and specialists
- Monitor patients' conditions and report changes to physicians, including documenting patient information and changes in their health status (e.g. medications)
- Partner with a small team including shared clerical and clinical duties
- Complete daily compliance procedures and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Handle patient concerns or issues and work to ensure a positive patient experience; educate patients and their families about post-operative recovery and care instructions
- Preferred: outpatient surgery/ASC setting experience and ACLS Certification; comfort with Athena EMR system
- Show up as a team player: with a positive attitude, initiative, and excited to take ownership over a team

Requirements:
- Current RN license in SC (required)
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Excited, willing, and able to work our hours:
- Start time between 6am-7am
- End time around 4:30pm-5:00pm
- No nights or weekends!
