The Nurse Practitioner will serve as a vital healthcare provider delivering comprehensive family medicine services with a focus on pediatric and adult primary care. This role involves conducting thorough clinical assessments to diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions while ensuring patient safety and adherence to nursing best practices. The Nurse Practitioner will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient. Emphasis will be placed on trauma-informed care and managing complex cases with sensitivity and professionalism. Ultimately, this position aims to improve patient outcomes through expert clinical judgment, compassionate care, and continuous evaluation of treatment effectiveness.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current and valid Nurse Practitioner license in the practicing state or region.
- Certification in Family Medicine or relevant specialty.
- Recent Pediatric experience
- Demonstrated experience in clinical assessments and patient management.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- National Provider Report will be required
Preferred Qualifications:.
- Specialized training or experience in Pediatrics
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems. RPMS System
- Additional certifications such as BLS, ALS, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed clinical assessments and physical examinations for patients across all age groups, including pediatric and geriatric populations.
- Develop, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans focusing on family medicine
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary to ensure optimal health outcomes and patient safety.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care and facilitate referrals when needed.
- Provide patient education on disease prevention, health maintenance, and management of chronic conditions.
- Document patient histories, clinical findings, and treatment plans accurately in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Respond promptly and effectively to trauma cases, applying nursing and clinical expertise to stabilize and treat patients.

The Nurse Practitioner will utilize clinical assessment skills daily to evaluate patient conditions accurately and develop effective treatment plans. Expertise in family medicine and pain management will guide decision-making to address diverse patient needs, from pediatrics to geriatrics. Strong nursing skills ensure patient safety and quality care during all interactions, including trauma situations requiring quick, informed responses.
