- Develops and implements policies, procedures, and process improvement initiatives in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Fosters patient, family, staff, and physician satisfaction, understanding its impact on business goals.
- Educates and mentors staff, ensuring adherence to clinical practice models and evidence-based practices.
- Communicates effectively with patients, families, staff, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient focused care.
- Manages budgets and resources, maintains appropriate staffing and understands healthcare finance.
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s of Nursing (Required), Master’s of Nursing
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) – RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement
- Basic Life Support – CPR Cert (BLS) – RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement
- Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
- Certified Post-Anesthesia Nurse (CPAN) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
- Registered Nurse (RN) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
Pay Range: $77,758.69 – $144,624.32
