- No prescribing, no treatment
• Other Info:
- Mountain Home: 1 day/week
- Grangeville: 2 days/week
- Moscow: Half day/week
- Sandpoint: Half day/week
• Malpractice Insurance Covered

Requirements:
• Active ID License
• ANNP
• Own personal laptop (No MAC/Apple)
• DMA Certification or willing to obtain
• Provider must have their own office
• Proficient in METs testing, evaluating and diagnosing respiratory, cardiovascular.
• Must be within 50 miles of location
• NPDB Report
