Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment Support residents’ emotional well-being with respectful and compassionate care Follow care plans and facility protocols Qualifications Active CNA certification in the state of Pennsylvania Previous CNA or patient care experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Reliable, punctual, and compassionate Why Apply?
