We are looking for a Full-Time provider (40 hours per week) for our Cedar Ridge Center situated in Sissonville, WV. This role is open to either a nurse practitioner or a physician assistant.
The annual salary for this position ranges from $104,000 to $120,000, along with a no-cap incentive compensation bonus program.

Key ResponsibilitiesThe Advanced Practice Provider will report directly to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaboration with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific center goals and priorities. Additionally, the Advanced Practice Provider will work alongside the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-specific medical care.
The Advanced Practice Provider will offer primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center, working in conjunction with other medical professionals. This position is integral to achieving our mission of enhancing lives through high-quality healthcare and compassionate service.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate must have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a license as a registered nurse. They should be certified as a Nurse Practitioner, having completed an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program with a Master’s Degree in Nursing, focusing on Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialties. Other concentrations may be considered based on experience and organizational needs. For Physician Assistants, graduation from an ARC-PA accredited program and successful completion of the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) is required, along with state licensure and NCCPA certification.
A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.
In states where practice regulations permit, the APRN must possess an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration for each state of practice. Similarly, the PA must have an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration for their respective states.

Note: Restrictions may apply based on collective bargaining agreements, state laws, and factors such as pay classification, job grade, location, and length of service. To qualify for full-time benefits, a minimum of 30 hours per week is required. Certain benefits, including health plans, may not be available to part-time employees working between 16 and 29 hours per week.
Salary RangeAnnual Salary: $104,000.00 - $120,000.00
