We are currently looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our team at the Hilltop Center in Hilltop, WV, with a work schedule of 32-40 hours per week.
The annual salary for this role ranges from $101,750 to $117,000.

Key ResponsibilitiesThe Advanced Practice Provider will report to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaborating with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific center goals and priorities, as well as working alongside the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-centered medical care.
- Provide primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center.
- Work in partnership with other medical providers to ensure high-quality healthcare delivery.
- Collaborate with Center Leadership to fulfill our mission of enhancing lives through compassionate care.
The ideal candidate must have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing, hold a registered nurse license, and be certified as a Nurse Practitioner with a Master’s Degree in Nursing, specializing in Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). Other specialties may be considered based on experience and organizational needs.
A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.
In states where applicable, the candidate must possess an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration for each state of practice.

Salary InformationSalary Range: $101,750.00 - $117,000.00 per year. Sign-on Bonus: $5,000.00
