We are looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our Hilltop Center in Hilltop, WV, with a commitment of 32-40 hours per week.
The annual salary for this role ranges from $101,750 to $117,000.

Key ResponsibilitiesThe Advanced Practice Provider will report to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaborating on-site with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific center goals and priorities. Additionally, the Advanced Practice Provider will work closely with the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-specific medical care.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center.
- Collaborating with other medical providers to ensure high-quality healthcare delivery.
- Working alongside Center Leadership to fulfill our mission of enhancing lives through compassionate healthcare.
The ideal candidate must have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a valid registered nurse license. Additionally, certification as a Nurse Practitioner is required, with a Master's Degree in Nursing and a focus on Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialties. Other specialties may be considered based on experience and organizational needs.
Preferred qualifications include:
- A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations.
- In states where applicable, an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration for each state of practice.
