Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOverviewThe Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care sector is rapidly growing, offering excellent opportunities and a flexible work-life balance (no on-call duties or weekend shifts)! We are currently looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our Mount Olive Center in Mount Olive, NC. A minimum of one year of experience as a provider is essential.
The annual salary for this role ranges from $109,300 to $127,580, along with an incentive compensation bonus program that has no cap on earnings. Additionally, we are pleased to offer a sign-on bonus of $5,000!

ResponsibilitiesThe Advanced Practice Provider will report directly to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaborating on-site with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific center goals and priorities. The Advanced Practice Provider will also work closely with the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-specific medical care.
In this position, the Advanced Practice Provider will offer primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center, working alongside other medical professionals. The goal is to fulfill our organization’s mission of enhancing the lives we serve through high-quality healthcare and compassionate care.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate must have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a valid registered nurse license. Additionally, certification as a Nurse Practitioner is required, with a Master's Degree in Nursing and a focus on Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialties. Other concentrations may be considered based on experience and organizational needs.
Preferred qualifications include at least two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations. In states where practice regulations permit, the candidate should possess an unrestricted professional license and DEA for each state of practice.

Note: Restrictions may apply based on collective bargaining agreements, state laws, and factors such as pay classification, job grade, location, and length of service. To qualify for full-time benefits, a minimum of 30 hours per week is required. Certain benefits, including health plans, may not be available to part-time employees working between 16 and 29 hours per week.
Salary Range: USD $109,300.00 - USD $127,580.00 / Year. Bonus: USD $5,000.00
