We are looking for a Full-Time provider (40 hours per week) for our facility located in Millville, NJ. This role is open to either a nurse practitioner or a physician assistant.
The annual salary for this position ranges from $122,720 to $128,960, along with an incentive compensation bonus program that has no cap.

Key ResponsibilitiesThe Advanced Practice Provider will report to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves working closely with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific center goals and priorities. Additionally, the Advanced Practice Provider will collaborate with the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-specific medical care.
The Advanced Practice Provider will offer primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center, working alongside other medical professionals. This position is integral to achieving our organization's mission of enhancing lives through high-quality healthcare and compassionate service.
QualificationsTo qualify, the Advanced Practice Provider must have graduated from an accredited nursing program, hold a registered nurse license, and be certified as a Nurse Practitioner with a Master’s Degree in Nursing, specializing in Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) tracks. Other specialties may be considered based on experience and organizational needs. For Physician Assistants, graduation from an ARC-PA accredited program and successful completion of the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) is required, along with state licensure and NCCPA certification.
A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.
In states where permitted, APRNs must hold an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration for each state of practice. PAs must also have an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration for their respective states.

Note: Restrictions may apply based on collective bargaining agreements, state laws, and factors such as pay classification, job grade, location, and length of service. To qualify for full-time benefits, a minimum of 30 hours per week is required. Certain benefits, including health plans, are not available to part-time employees working between 16 and 29 hours per week.
Salary RangePosted Salary Range: $122,720.00 - $128,960.00 per year.
